That sucks bad.

3 ankle surgeries?? What from? My proprioception got screwed up after a severe sprain where my ankle got as big as a large grapefruit and I kept rolling it. Eventually I just had to fix my foot placement during running, cutting, etc. I've read some PT stuff on how they fix that and how repeated injury is often contributed to by previous injuries that screw up your sense of foot placement.
