Lich of Miragul Variance

From a post I read about Lich of Miragul not suppose to have such a long variance everyone is telling me the Lich has a variance of up to 5 days. Surely its a bug when his variance is way longer then Trakanon, and Sathir which is only 48 hours which is another epic spawn npc.
