NPC Spawn Issue: Ancient Croc/PH(ers) not spawning

Camping the AC in Upper Guk and nothing has spawned in over 40 minutes. On the last spawn that occurred, 5 saltwater crocodiles spawned and were killed (all five accounted for in the chat log).

A druid in the zone was also unable to pick up any saltwater crocodiles on track, leading me to believe this is a case of the AC being bugged rather than a PH getting away.

I've been told this isnt an unheard of occurrence.
