There is no official standpoint on this because situations vary so differently from situation to situation. If you strip/scam/be a douchebag, I will probably ban you. If you are stripped/scammed/being a douchbag, I will probably ban the person who did it and tell you you are shit out of luck.

In the cases of people being scammed, items can be returned. In some cases, they can not. That's the plain and simple answer. Not ALL scams are cut-and-dry. There are different factors that play into every scenario.

If you have been stripped, then its your own fault for trusting someone in this community of rockstar clean whistles and, as far as I am concerned, you're at fault and deserve your losses.

the baseline exp bonus is still active. The EQMac exp bonus has been removed. Yes, it will "seem" like the exp bonus is gone, but thats just because the EQMac exp bonus was the heat. If you still think its bad, or not on the server, go roll an ogre SK on blue and get to level 5 then hit me up.
