You need to admit your self to a clinic and get clean man, they give you detox medicine which kills the withdrawal pain. You eat healthy and damn good in there, and everything they do makes you feel better about self overall. Do it for yourself and stop asking these nerds for advice. I know you can do it brah.

He is already in a clinic, he's just not 100% committed to staying clean and making it so he has enough time for it to not show up on the urine test for the doctor. Some places make you go once a week, twice a week or once a month. So sometimes it's easier to get away with. A methadone clinic usually makes you go once a day, but methadone is the worst way to go in my opinion.
