I agree with you... However it's already given the advantage. Those players already have those characters at that level range. Turning it off now will do what exactly?
I am for classic leveling. But not sure if turning it off at this point will make a difference. IMO the level range needs to be changed. Not the exp, I think it should be +4/-4 | ||
