Not saying I don't do bleu cheese with wings too, I am saying that bleu cheese and hot sauce can be applied to many other things and taste very good too. One of my favorites is a hamburger cooked medium tossed in some buffalo sauce then a light topping of bleu cheese dip and add a little every bite
