And c'mon Sparkle, classic is fun! Especially on a Red server. All the most obnoxious classic problems (overcrowding at the camp you want, waiting with nothing to do, annoying people you have to deal with) can be solved with PvP.
Oh it's fun, but I'd find it highly annoying that I can't make an iksar or go to Kunark or Velious when I know there's no reason for it other than wanting to artificially delay them.

I'd rather the server be treated like it was released in a classic post-Velious era with all content from both expansions available from day 1, because well it will be released then, assuming Velious comes first. New servers used to be launched with all expansions available up to that time. No time line progression servers. Sullon Zek had everything available from day 1. You didn't have to wait a year for Kunark and then another eight months for Velious so that SZ could pretend it was launched in 1999.
