My justification for my answer, is higher quality of life + people + education would mean gun control would be virtually unnecessary, but thats an idealistic situation and may not be entirely realistic.
If your argument is that "we already have issues with urban crowding, with low living standards" and "therefor in those situations gun control would be more beneficial" I could even bring myself to agree with your point of view. | ||
