Why do you care? It's clear a lot of the impolite, discourteous behavior in our society to day comes from an overbearing overly authoritarian state. People are willing/able to harass others without repercussion. And when repercussion does happen no one is able to deal with it.

I'm criticizing the system.

If your curious, would I accept an ass kicking if I deserved it? Sure. Most likely I would be dishing it out though. I am sure of my ability to command respect through physical force.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think it should be the only way. But the fact that you will get in more trouble for bruising this persons ego, than, they do for being dicks, while the harassed individual has little to no repercussion is stupid. I would applaud this waitress if she through them out of the store on their asses and told them never to come back again. Even if I was the boss. A good waitress is more valuable then 1 or 2 shit head customers.
