who all commands not working

this just started all of a sudden and i'm not sure what caused it. I have done a search on the forums and a google search without finding another with this issue


when i use the /who all (anything or just who all) I see nothing, no error message just nothing


when i say /who or /who shaman etc it does work for the zone i'm in. any ideas why this may be?


I tried it on other characters and it DOES work. its just on one o.0
