I seem to remember rogean ruled this as a non kite tho. LOL you didn't complain much about this one.

This was dealt with and FE got the loot back; the bard suspended for this was unsuspended. I still have the petition wherein Ephi initially suspended my bard and took the loot only to have Sirken overrule this and unsuspend my bard and return the loot. I can post the results, but I would prefer to have GM permission before doing this.

The reason this was ruled a non-kite was:

1. You did not have a sufficient force in zone to claim that you were ready to engage and we did;
2. It was still, regardless of path, within a perfectly reasonable time frame.

In the Talendor instance here:

1. You did not have a sufficient force in zone engage and we did;
2. It was outside of a reasonable timeframe.
