My actual beef with Nihilum in general (and the leadership more specifically)

I completely disagree with most of what you just said, but mostly this section

But you guys are not running newbie feeder guilds. You have half your chars unguilded and ganking people without wearing targets. You let spells rot in seb. You don't run /random 100 pug raids for any of the smaller guilds like <Serenity> was, or <Knights of Ni> style guilds. You don't have your alts in a friendly guild. Nihilum raids do yield a lot of loot that we end up giving away to noobies. I've personally looted about 5 tolapmuj robes that i've given away, along with many pieces of draco loot and other gear that I've given to noobies free of charge. I also buff any lowbie I see when I run by them and don't charge them for it.

A part of sportsmanship is to recognize when your winning and not completely stomp your enemies into the ground..

I believe you are implying we aren't very sportsmanlike. I disagree completely. We never rub in our victories, like your "server mongrels" do every time they get a victory, we don't whine about how this server is unfair, how corrupt it is etc, as your "server mongrels" do as well. We don't exploit, cheat or do anything to gain a "exploitive advantage" as you say, we are actually against cheaters. If anyone in Nihilum is found cheating, they're pretty much expelled immediately (an example of this is when Oppressor was found 2boxing during a raid farming his VP key on an alt). Your "server mongrels" actually encourage their members to gain said "exploitive advantage" to fight us due to our domination.

These kind of posts irritate me, because honestly it just sounds like you're just crying cause you want mobs given to you on a silver platter and don't want to compete for them.

We are perfectly content with our reputation and don't feel any need at all to change it. We pve to pvp, any other theories you have are just wrong.
