All of this same stuff has just started happening to me as well, within the last two days. Maybe we need to start listing some of our relevant hardware/software to find a common issue?

AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4ghz processor
ATI Radeon 5850
Windows 7 64

I just posted the same issues last night. Exact same things happening to me as well.

AMD Phenom II X4 955 black
16GB DDR3
Nvidia GTX 650 TI 2GB
Win 7 64
Nothing overclocked

Using WinEQ launcher or just a shortcut ends up doing the same thing intermittently with both.
