Your options for skeleton illusion, come Velious, are gonna be
1.) Amulet of Necropotence.
2.) Spell: Shroud of Undeath, a rare chardok drop off a named.
3.) Raiding Yelinak for a Soul Defiler, which procs Call of Bones, a necro lich spell with a skeleton illusion.
