forgot to add, mage 1v1 never happens, only people dumb enough to go against a mage 1v1 are newbs and i don't pvp newbs anyways on my mage, its grief and i don't do that.
When you zone in on a nihilum solo, they will either camp, or try to dance u on a zone for 4 more to show up, mage pvp is never 1v1, always 3v1, and u have to know how to kite melee and peel them off with pet root and knowing when to stop and nuke. It's fun in dungeons or KC for instance if u have faction and stuff where there are other factors that come into play.
for mass pvp its about as fun as any other caster, u go splat in a few seconds, mages always first targets though.
