Kedge Keep. Load up on fish scales if you don't have an EB item and use at least one Ebony Bladed Sword for root procs. Stay at entrance and use Lull/Calm Animal spells to split up the first room. There's some higher level fish like the piercer and impaler that could spawn, but you can usually lull around them.
If you get adds on the pull, try to snare or root one before you zone out. You'll need your best DS on, and might need to back off after its rooted to heal. Once you get it split and can solo one, should be pretty decent experience. Don't forget to watch your EB timer!
