Exp bonus needed to bolster pop

fast exp destroys the community of this game that + no one wanting to play on a ghost town = yesah, serious reflection of why am I playing this when if i wanted I could play a game designed for solo play.

Need to wipe and nerf xp into the ground if you want people to come back over and play.
