Used in Skyfire at level 60, one can get 20% of a level per pull.

I would enjoy seeing someone pull skyfire without getting any summoners. Someone do a video!

Also, 1 yellow of 60 in an AE pull doesn't seem terribly impressive, especially split between only two people. It's not like xp is slow in 60.
