Dude.. let's be real for a moment - Roleplay? Really? You plan on nuking stuff down then going afk while you med...(your words) that isn't roleplaying.

Going around with 6 Wizards who stick together and blast whatever they want has a nice roleplaying aspect to it.

the only stuff you're going to reliably nuke/root is going to be white or lower. Now unless I was just unlucky as hell on my wizard back in the day I remember resists on non blues being a PAIN. I also remember the nuke on a blue taking about 1/4-1/3 of the health... heck my shaman can nuke blues for about 1/4-1/5... so why do you need 6 wizards to get your effect?

One nuke will absolutely not take 1/4-1/3 off high blues once you start getting up there in levels. At Level 12, sure.

Making root stick on something worth using 6 wizards on then actually getting all 6 wizards to actually land their nukes fully seems ineffective.

Huh?
Here's how it would work. Say us 6 Wizards are trying to break a camp with 5 spawns. 5 of the Wizards will start off by rooting one the monsters and the 6th Wizard will watch closely to root right away if one of the initial roots gets resisted. As soon as everything is rooted, then we just starting spiking them down 1 by 1. Doesn't matter if root breaks on the target because it dies instantly. The 6 Wizards can quickly kill an area like this. We just have to not fight in places that have a lot of casters.
This kind of tactic is something that nobody has done on the server and I don't see how you could possibly have more fun as a Wizard. It's way more exciting than soloing and its way more involving than being in a standard group setup, where you can't even cast on the target until its under 50% health and the rest of the time you just sit there waiting.
