Old-school Live drama: GMs Gone Wild

Not sure what made me think of this, but this morning I was reminded of a story I'd heard back in the Live days. I don't claim to know the specifics but it was something to the effect of: a Live GM went berserk and started summoning boatloads people to a zone (ToV perhaps?), binding them, and putting them into a death loop.

I've been Googling but not having much luck thus far. Anyone remember this and/or have details? Any other juicy GM-gone-mad stories of lore to share?
