UGH. I even checked that before turning it in. I looked that the wiki and could have swore, but now I see the obvious differences.

Thank you for being so quick and taking the time to look into it though, sincerely.

I'll try a petition or farm the items again I guess since the shovel wasn't legit. I'm glad I know the reason.
