Strong Leadership with someone who will boot all the people who aren't huge proponents of team and drop down to 15 or so good players, then build your core from there... Don't try and contest the high end at first, build morale and stability with that core based on YT and cohesiveness... Then recruit from the cesspool of assholes selectively... A Quick number zerg isn't the solution..
