There probably are exploits out there that no-one has discovered yet or few know of. If you know of one its doubtful many others do or they would be using them. And the more they get used the more likely it would be for them to be caught exploiting. Its likely at that point that it would get fixed.
Its not worth the coders time to search out and fix exploits that aren't being exploited. The "commonly known" ones are already fixed. | ||
