This is true. Racism is only top-down and never bottom-up. Thus, in any situation where one racial group has power, they have the potential to be racist (e.g. mexican racism against salvadorans in predominantly mexican neighborhoods). Also, there is no such thing as a "race." This is all a non-argument, using nonsense words that mean nothing, perpetuated by bigots.
