Nothing is changed, no patch yet. Spawn seems to be 7 days plus extended variance delay of ~ 0 to 120 hours. I got to be the lucky one for the last spawn. Hopefully Pallius is next (we're same guild.) There is competition so I'm not saying more than that publicly.
