Pathing [Red]an Undead Foreman for OT hammer quest is stuck beyond a zonewall and unreachable

The NPC (an Undead Foreman) needed to turn in the quest for the OT hammer is stuck beyond a zone border in Overthere near the Frontier Mountain zoneline. He is on track but unreachable and untargetable. Please send him back to his spawn point, because i finally finished factioning for this quest unlike the people who pull him away in the first place because they get it for free by charming him.
