What class was Peetee? Was he capable of soloing it? If not, then at no point could he have camp ownership. Additionally, if you are not capable of holding the camp solo, then you also could not claim the camp by yourself. If you and Peetee could hold the camp together, your claim on the "time line" would manifest the moment both of you are at the camp and capable of duoing it. If the other group had a presence there before the two of you were ready to take it, then they would have the rights.

It seems like some drama was stirred up, so what is the exact issue you're looking to resolve by asking these questions?

The easiest way to answer these questions is to draw a time line. Whoever had sufficient force present first, AND maintained it until the mob spawned gets the kill. No FTE necessary.

To answer your first question he is a 60 Shaman. He may have been able to solo it...Sufficient force to be sure would have likely been the time the rogue arrived there to help him be sure. But from what I have heard of this it happened after the group had already cleared down to the camp...Hence Peetee wouldn't have invited him back to group when he got there. He would of just soloed it if he believed he was skilled enough to do it.
