Heard that. Magic is actually really expensive, too, especially if you play a lot of sealed deck or booster draft. You can cash out at the end, though; I pulled about $30K out of my collection when all was said and done. I'm just going to pretend that was profit and ignore all the money I spent on travel and entry fees.

I'm playing with a deck that I put about $150 into. I can't really rationalize spending more money than that on a card game, I just play with friends for fun anyway, I know some people get really into it. Drafts are fun to change things up a bit sometimes though.
