I think the rarest classes on the server are

Ranger
Rogue
Bard
Warrior
Paladin ?

Sk's are common until you get to 50, then it seems like everyone quits playing them, same thing with shamans.

You could probably roll anything besides a mage / enchanter / druid and be uncommon, since that's most of the server.
