Where to go (35 Enchanter)

Hi All,

Looking for some recommendations on places to find groups for a level 35 Enchanter.
Currently, I'm parked at Mistmoore, but CE groups don't seem to be forming anymore.

Are there many groups in these locations and am I at the right level?
