question about IP exemptions

how does it work? i make a petition in the petition forum asking for my account and my friend's account to be ip exempted? do i need to mention the account names?

now i know.. well, think, it's not possible to play 3-4 people simulteanously (sp..?)

but is it possible to get more then 2 accounts IP exempted? ie i got a few rl friends who would play with me.. now if we cant all play at once, that's fine, but at least if we could get all the accounts sorted so we could switch em out :P
