Now, if you made a fork of another programmer's work, and then started submitting that fork to NPM or PyPi (or whatever library index), in that other programmer's name ... despite an identical copy of the code already existing under another name ... and did so eight times, against the objection of that programmer (all because you had a tiff on Slashdot) ... how do you think the maintainers would handle it?
In a real work environment the programmer submitting bad code (Zur) wouldn't be allowed to submit directly in to main over and over again while ignoring the code reviews because they had an argument with another programmer. Bad example.
