Spell Drops in City of Mist
According to some sites on the web (as well as fuzzy memories from Live), NPCS such as various Golems and Goos can drop spells. In P99, I've done a lot of killing in CoM, and never got a spell drop yet. Once of these things must be true:
A) These spell drops went in when CoM was revamped (after Kunark, maybe even after Velious, can't recall) B) The drops are quite rare and I have not been lucky. C) It is a bug in P99 that needs to be addressed. Anyone know which is correct?
