Game Mechanics: Zone Loading ??

Didn't see this already posted...

Every time I go to a new zone, everything freezes up in one way or another, whether it black screens or it says (Not Responding) or whatever. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I'm running this on Windows 7, I don't know what could be the problem. Anyone else with the same issue, or know how to fix it? It's extremely frustrating to have to restart every time I enter a new zone.
