the wiki is awful in places but always improving... for faction its solid, take a peek. Looks like the quests to raise it are all from the warrior guild itself, which is a shame - and short of murdering slaves in CB or leveling and killing Kelethin guards it's a long long road back. afaik an illusion isn't going to save you if you killed many orcs [You must be logged in to view images.
