Solusek's Flower Faction Problem

The Solusek's Flower (handing the flower that spawns in the mausoleum in Mistmooreto Ssynthi (Shadowman on ToSR faction) should be giving +Temple of Solusek Ro, -Shadowed Men.

Is currently giving the same faction as killing a Mistmoore Monster:
-Agents of Mistmoore
-Mayong Mistmoore
+King Naythox Thex
+League of Antonican Bards
+Ring of Scale
