Fast zoning in PvP?

How do you make so your system zones really fast in PvP? Im fighting players and they're zoning like seconds ahead and your character appears on the other side to figure out you've been rooted before your screen actually syncronises with your player, any assistance please? Would be greatly appreciated.

P.S My PC isnt that bad
