NPC Spawn Issue: Cazel the Socializing Newbie Destroyer

So apparently Cazel socially assists trash mobs in Oasis, which is absolutely hilarious.

I had a zombie on me and rooted it near the docks, then ran down the beach to look for a croc to charm and kill it. I find my croc and start running back toward the docks, only to see Cazel charging directly at me. Apparently he assisted the rooted zombie and agro'd me from miles away, which is ridiculous.

It's already bad enough that he paths right through the dock area (which I don't ever remember happening on live, but whatever), and he definitely shouldn't be social with the trash mobs in the area. That never happened on live, and it makes no sense for him to assist undead and crocs.

Lol this was actually happening? How did this go on for so long with nobody reporting it?

edit - I also remember cazel assisting SG's from anywhere in the zone. Anyone else corroborate ?

Likely never reported because most people fight mobs where they stand and don't leave them rooted in an area, then walk away. There's not much root/rotting going on because of the level and risk of the area.

I'm guessing people just assumed they got too close when he came running.

EDIT: Cazel had a normal assist range and spawned in place of any of the SG spawns.
