This dropped off of the dragons guarding ToV twice last time we were there. Nice spell, but I still use Demi Lich over it for the speed. They didn't make the Vexing tap over time for nothing [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I am a 59 necromancer and well Demi Lich just doesnt drop along with the other 59/60 necro spells (except Banishment of Shadows)... I think there are maybe 2 on my server. Arch lich drops. We got 3 in one night from Western Wastes.
So ANY spell that drops > some imaginary spell.

Thats the bottom line thx.
