Actually back in the day when Tiggles was non-TMO and doing shady shit for Uthgaard I would say he would have been at the top along with Durison for RMTing guildbanks and running basically the greatest hacking guild the server has see (dark suspension.. but since Uth has left Tiggles seems to be more of a forum warrior than anything. At least he's afable.

I killed IB, the saviors of the server and the top guild P99 wishes they had. I could have brought TMO down and didn't, I single-handedly ruined P99.
