Green fire would qualify obviously, otherwise it's up to the local hospitals to rescue. Kid gets hurt by playing with left behind munitions, nope.

Oh I forgot to add more bad stuff about the military like how paramedics sometimes fail to setup IVs for blood transfusions while airlifting and have to do an IO instead but they can't adminster ketamine because the patient lost too much blood. Those bastards just want to make everyone hurt!

I can see the point then...if a child is crying and looks injured, bunch of soldiers come to his aid and boom its a trap, shit happens.

but personally i think id take that risk for a harmed child, american or not.
