Portions of it could be, yes. I haven't worked with it, but if there are underlying mechanics for root, stun, etc.. for pvp, then it would be part of it yes.

there are also glitches with the debuff staying on after the actual stun wears off and you can't do certain things like cast spells

This would be a source bug which would also affect pve encounters. If there is a bug report already, please bump it. If not, create one with as many specifics as possible. Ideally with specific steps to reproduce.

The irony is I had scheduled the Rogean meeting this morning before this thread was created.

Comparing my pet name bug report to.. anything here was ridiculous enough to make me respond. I prefaced that thread as "Just so this is .. on the books:" assuming it would emphasize the lack of priority.

I let this thread roll through the day to see what people had to say. Amazing results.

Great responses Nilbog. I've personally seen you do a ton of shit. I'm glad you're still active. It's a shame Rogean seems to have moved on but I hope he's having fun in other games/endevours.

Its amazing to me how much time you've put into this, and yes I really appreciate it.

Also just to emphasize this but if the classic resist system goes in then melee will have to be nerfed back to normal hit rates and damage in PVP to keep things balanced. http://www.project1999.org/forums/sh...d.php?t=105838

The Source is believed to be the mainframe computing center for the servers. This box was close and I think even once or twice a month ago passed 200 pop. We had the wind at our backs, a nice exp bonus, lots of newbs leveling up, shit was great... but then something happened... shit got classic... REAL classic. EXP bonus was removed, pop plummetted, mage pets were machine gun rooting people with 200+ MR and Nilbog logged on to tell us shit is classic as fuck. PVP text aka yellow text was hinted, changes to exp loss hinted, month later nada. Resists still awful, communication still non-existent, pop dropping again. Blue transfers hinted, nada. Does any1 giev fuck?

I agree with this poast, it's difficult cause I just started here... Need to add classic drops back (manastone/guise espeically) and ability to bind at firepots and a nice xp bonus would make pop ++++ guranteed!
