For all the negativity in this thread:

Any fraps evidence provided to the staff is fully reviewed and in the cases where it is deemed necessary, action is taken. Stop bitching that nothing is done. I've been suspending people left and right on both sides. If you get caught cheating, do your time without complaining. That is the point of a punishment. Letting you off early from a suspension does not serve the purpose of the suspension itself.

People who have already had a suspension for whatever reason will be banned if they continue. With all the fraps'ers out there, might wanna stop cheating while you still can play.

If you have proof of people exploiting, cheating, training, or whatever, post it in the petitions forum and it will be handled. Be courteous and not an asshat when doing so. Getting a petition where you ask me to help you review someone breaking the rules and then dissing me about not suspending someone else doesn't really want to make me help you. Just sayin... I return the attitude given to me.

Didn't say that I will not punish a cheater because i dislike the poster. Don't twist words to make yourself high and mighty. I said it might make me not want to help you. I will still punish the cheater because thats what I do. However, I'm not going to satisfy you with a response for being rude.
