Miscellaneous: Spell particle effect angle

Something thats always bothered me is when casting certain spells like shielding spells, the particle effects go straight up instead of forward from the hands.

I was actually thinking about trying to fix this on EQEmu but was wondering if this has been looked into before and turned out to be too much of a hassle.

I'm assuming everyone knows this is classic and just a minor cosmetic issue.

I have been trying to fix these since 2008. If you find a way to fix them, it will certainly be used. Good luck.
