I do empathize for the victims of the Boston massacre. I do want justice for what happened. But I am calling injustice as I see it.
I think the point he was trying to make was that there was another way to say what you're trying to. Inclusively, not exclusively.

I feel just as bad for those in Boston as I do the families that were murdered in Afghanistan at a wedding that you linked, but you would win more minds presenting it in a more sensitive way. The focus should be about change, not comparison.

As much as you try to separate these issues, they are related. Sorry this upset you. It upset me too. It upsets me that we are still losing American lives to an unjust war (if there is such a thing). It upsets me we've taken so many innocent peoples lives in the process. . I also see the growing violence in our country as a logical conclusion of our foreign policy.
They are related in that people died. That is how they are similar. I guess another tenuous similarity would be that some ordinance was detonated to cause the casualties. There is no causal relation--at all.

I think you should seek help. I'm serious. Have you gone off your meds or something? Is it possible there's a gas-leak in your mobile-home?

Thank you. I'll remember this in the inevitable event that I have a discussion about this.

That makes it okay? Name a 1st world country who kills more 3rd world country innocents. STUPID ARGUMENT. gtfo
Where did I say this is OK? I don't think you're understanding what people are saying to you. One of these attacks was clearly intentional. The bombing of the wedding was not the target of that bomb. No one is saying that makes it OK but they are not the same type of attack.

No sense in arguing with someone as thick-skulled as yourself.

First world countries held hands in this one.

It's not hard to use Google and find articles.

You're right, I should have used a different article. I posted this later into the conversation. However, you belittled what is being done by our country internationally and I called you out.

Alright, I will accept your point. Although it smells to me like a typical United States PR story, the article does not compare. However, my main point still stands. The United States for a very long time has been committing acts of terrorism. The longer we stay silent to our international crimes, the longer we will feel the repercussions at home.

Since that link does not suffice, here are some others:

Called me out? lol

How did I belittle what is being done by our country? I never once said anything you mentioned was false nor happened. All I said was we're not the only ones that kill innocent people. I am not saying this justify's any of these killings but quit being ignorant and thinking we're the only ones who do this shit. Ever think that you hear about what we're doing more often cause you live in America? Would make sense no?

Rjones61 is a complete and utter sociopath and I don't even feel safe on the same forum with him, to be honest.
