I looked through every single patch history from April 1999 - June 2007 (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/history/patches.html)
and couldn't find one single instance of splurt being mentioned - I'm sure it's safe to assume that if it stacks now, it always stacked. Moreover, I haven't been able to find any references of them not being able to stack. Finally, I had a 52 nec during kunark and don't remember this at all. | ||
