That anyone is actually using spies is pretty sad. If you're going to train, please make sure you're actually training a spy. Training random newbies can't be good for the population.

Chardok... Sirken tbh.. ima keep training spies.. legal or not.. so watch me.. If a low level is in a zone that they cant kill any of the mobs... then they have no reason being there and are assumed a spy...

It's happened to us on two occasions I am aware of. Chardok which resulted in tomb being banned which seems contradictory to your statement here, and kithicor forest.
