Seems like very few people have heard of this potion and there is almost no information about it on the wiki or the boards.

Does it exist on this server at all? And if it does, what is the recipe to make it?

I have a bottle of that which dropped at a GM event years ago. Saved it all this time, never having researched it.

Yes, that is the potion. Although I tried combining IG toes and balm leaves this morning and got "you cannot combine...." so was wondering if the recipe is different or if it just straight up doesn't exist outside of gm events that Has mentioned.

Ive seen a few shamans sell it in EC. So not sure what your deal it with not being able to make it.

I've made well over 100 potions of stinging wart. Sold 10-doses for 1kpp. Instant 300~ heal + minor effect.
