This is 100% false. It has not been permacamped for 3 weeks. I have seen it open on multiple occassions and had the chance to take the camp myself multiple times.

Unless you are logged in 24/7 for the last 3 weeks staring at the camps, you can't make such a statement.

All I'm saying, is its a camp I keep an eye on and don't even aggressively try to get, and its been available many times in the last month. And no, its not being permacamped by 'sellers'. I've ran into multiple people getting the boots for themselves, and who cares if they are getting the boots to resell? You can go camp any item you'd like as well.
